To predict possible side effects of compounds, you could enter your interest compounds in the input box, then click the "Predict" button and wait for the output results. Note that each line should contain a compound's SMILE and a one-word name with a tab or space separator.

Drug Side Effect Predictor needs about 40 seconds to load the background data and trained models required for prediction. Therefore, 1-10 compounds requires less than 60 seconds, but 100 compounds only requires about 2 minutes.
